Data deletion request

Request deletion
To request deletion, contact hello@guba.studio.
Include enough information for us to identify the data:
- app name;
- email address used to contact support, if any;
- RevenueCat app user ID or purchase support ID, if available;
- App Store or Google Play order information, if your request relates to a purchase issue.
Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
In-app deletion
Never Have I Ever: Card Game does not create user accounts. To delete local app data, delete the app from your device or clear app data through your device settings where available.
What we delete
Depending on how you use the app, we may delete:
- support messages where deletion is legally possible;
- card report emails where deletion is legally possible;
- app-side purchase support identifiers where deletion is legally and technically possible.
What we may need to keep
We may need to keep limited records where required for:
- legal obligations;
- accounting, tax, or fraud prevention;
- dispute handling;
- security;
- establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Apple, Google, and payment records controlled by app stores may need to be managed through your Apple or Google account.
Timeline
We will respond to deletion requests within the period required by applicable data protection law, normally within one month under the GDPR, unless an extension is allowed.
